Passionate about audio, Paul's career has taken him from freelancing at BBC national radio to becoming a successful regional radio personality. Away from the microphone, Paul's production talents led him to set up Fresh Air Studios in 1998, winning awards and going from strength to strength. Paul enjoys keeping fit - he holds a 2nd Dan in Kickboxing and a Black Belt 1st Dan in Eskrima.
An experienced scriptwriter, producer and broadcaster for more than 20 years, our Executive Producer Martin Burgess-Moon has worked in both Commercial and BBC Radio.
Martin lives in Plymouth, and enjoys following Formula 1, listening to the Beatles and Queen and he's a big fan of James Bond and Carry On films.
Jo is a highly accomplished sales and development manager and has worked in radio, recruitment and the hospitality sectors. As well as chasing her 3 year-old toddler around and singing nursery rhymes, she loves music festivals, theatre, travel, entertaining, going to the gym (especially Boot Camp) and generally throwing herself around a field.
Lisa loves words and writing. Following her successful broadcasting career, notably for the GWR network (now 'Global'), she became Fresh Air Studios’ resident voiceover, producer and writer. Lisa enjoys blogging and has created a number of different websites.
When she isn't in front of a computer, Lisa loves to travel and has been backpacking around Australia, Europe and the Solomon Islands.
'Fitz' is a highly experienced all-round television and radio broadcaster who has worked for TSW, Anglia, Carlton and SKY Television. During his career he has reported on some of the biggest breaking news stories. As well as being a published novelist, he is a regular columnist for Northcliffe Newspapers and he currently presents a weekday programme on BBC Radio Devon as well as anchoring Spotlight - BBC South West's flagship news programme.
Daryl's long career as a journalist in television and radio news paved the way for him working in PR at the Ministry of Defence and Welsh National Opera. In his spare time he enjoys running and keeping fit, eating cake, going to the theatre and watching anything in black and white on the television.
